Craig Neleson, M.D., opened his own private practice so that he could deliver the highest, quality of care in an advanced, self-contained center.
Dr. Neleson at North Texas Precision Pain Care treats patients suffering from a variety of acute and chronic pain conditions.
Dr. Neleson performs a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including epidurals, transforaminal, never blocks, Platelet Rich Plasma therapy (PRP), Sympatric Nerve Block, facets, sacroiliac joint injections, radio frequency ablations, kyphoplasty, spinal stimulator, and Tenex micro tip for plantar fascia.
Dr. Neleson is Board Certified in Pain Management. Dr. Neleson received his interventional pain management fellowship training at Virginia Commonwealth University. He also completed his fellowship training for orthopedic sports and musculoskeletal at Medicine Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Prior to that, he completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Wisconsin.
During his spare time, Dr. Neleson can be found making chocolate confections, going to symphonies, and reading.
